By installing or using PreSet Promo (the "App") you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App lets Shopify merchants create, schedule, and run promotional campaigns (banners, countdowns, automatic discounts, display of your own discount codes, gift options, delivery messaging, analytics, and related features). Feature availability depends on your subscription plan as described in the App.
2. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
- Billing is handled exclusively by Shopify (Shopify App Pricing) and appears on your Shopify invoice. Plans: Core, Power, and Elite, with monthly or annual (discounted) billing as shown in the App and on Shopify's plan page.
- Core is free. Power and Elite include a 7-day free trial; Shopify keeps track of the trial days a store has used, so cancelling and subscribing again to the same plan doesn't start a new trial. After the trial, they bill monthly or annually as shown.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time on Shopify's plan page, opened from the App's Plans page; a change Shopify schedules for the end of a billing period takes effect then. If a paid plan ends outside the App (for example, cancelled from your Shopify admin), the App moves your store to Core within two days of Shopify ending it. Downgrading or cancelling pauses your open campaigns (you can resume those your plan can run, within its features and open-campaign limit) and permanently turns off any running consolation offer; your configuration is kept while the App remains installed.
- Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify policy.
3. Your responsibilities
- Promotion accuracy and legality are yours. The App displays the messages, prices, and discount codes you configure. You are responsible for ensuring campaigns comply with the laws of the markets you sell to (pricing/advertising rules, "was/now" price regulations, coupon terms) and that displayed discount codes exist and are configured correctly in Shopify.
- You will not use the App to display unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
4. Data
Our handling of data is described in the PreSet Promo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Uninstalling the App stops it right away; your data is permanently deleted about 48 hours later (encrypted backups expire within 90 days), as described there.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify features, plans, or pricing; material pricing changes for existing subscribers follow Shopify's subscription-approval flow. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App — including outcomes of promotional campaigns, discount-code misuse, or storefront presentation issues. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
