DO YOU DELIVER THE ORDER ON TIME?
We work immensely around the clock to meet all project deadlines. Once all requested information has been received, we start the process immediately. It is recommended that you provide all the necessary information on time so has to avoid project delay. However, if there is a technical error on our part we will notify you in order to request approval to extend your project deadline.
CAN I CHANGE THE SERVICES OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the services of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us page as long as it is not started or completed. For the ready-made store, you cannot change after the transfer is completed.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you may remove the item from your order and request a refund before we start working on your project. Please Contact Us as soon as possible. If the project is in construction phase then hourly rate will be deducted.
HOW I CAN BE UPDATED WITH THE PROJECT?
A dedicated team will be assigned to your project and they will keep in constant touch with you over email and chat. Moreover they will be sending you updates on the task completed so you can monitor and check the progress at all times.
